Refund & Returns Policy – ZaClothing
Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused
Be in the original condition
Be in the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital goods
Health and personal care items
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or order number is required to process your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted for:
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or games
Items not in original condition or missing parts
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift:
You’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received.
If the gift wasn’t sent directly to you:
A refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, mail it to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted from it.
For valuable items, we recommend trackable shipping or shipping insurance.
